This weekend, we encountered technical issues on some of our systems that have resulted in an outage that is affecting our website as well as our phone systems. We apologize that online ordering and customer service via phone are temporarily unavailable. Our technicians are working diligently with third-party specialists to investigate the source of this disruption, confirm its impact on our systems, and to restore full functionality to our users as soon as possible. What is going on with the orders that are paid for and artwork approved?
Orders that were placed prior to the outage are in our queue and being fulfilled. Printing operations are continuing, with completed orders shipping daily. Our team will be working over the holiday weekend to ensure that all orders continue to ship in a timely manner.
Can I change or cancel my order?

If you've received an email stating your order is ready for pick up, we can assist you with a pick-up order at our facility.

4over, Zoo Printing, and ASAP are sister companies that share some resources such as a technology platform but they are operated as separate brands.

4over tokenizes (anonymizes) all payment information to ensure its safety. At this time, we have no evidence that any customer data has been affected by this outage, although we are working with 3rd-party IT experts to thoroughly understand what happened within our system so that we can eliminate any concern on the part of our customers around their data.
