All unfinished orders within the shopping cart will be deleted. They cannot be transferred during migration of your account. Please make sure to finalize all orders before your account is migrated.
We recommend saving your Job Numbers and finalizing all orders before your migration date. Orders that have not been finalized and have pending file uploads will still be live within our system. To upload your files to those orders, you will have to email our support team at websitesupport@4over.com and provide them with the Job Number. They will then send you an FTP code to upload your pending artwork so we can continue processing your order.
Account Loyalty Level will be transferred to the new website and all loyalty level details and spending amounts will be shown on your account page. Please note that we have combined some of our previous Loyalty Levels and the new website will only have three Loyalty Levels: Premier Executive, Admiral, and Presidential. Customers who were Associate through Premier Executive will all now show Premier Executive.
Reward Points will be transferred to the new website. At launch, you will not be able to redeem Reward Points for gift cards or coupons — but you will be able to use them towards discounts during checkout.
Previous order history from trade.4over.com and 4over.com will transfer to the new website. You can locate your previous orders under your "My Account" tab and then your "Archived Orders" link.
All Address Book addresses will be transferred. The Address Book will function as it did on the previous sites.
You will not need to re-register for an account. Your current login email will work. You will need to reset your password first to access your account on our new website on your migration date.
Once you are migrated, you will no longer be able to access your account on trade.4over.com. Please make sure to finalize all of your open orders prior to your migration date.
For security purposes, your credit card / payment information will not be transferred. You will need to re-enter it during checkout. When you are paying for your orders, you will be given the option to save credit card information on the new site for future orders.
The new website address / URL is 4over.com. Please update your bookmarks accordingly.
You will have access to promo.4over.com. You will need to login with the new email and password combo you have for 4over.com.
You will begin to receive emails about your migration to the new website about 5-7 days before your move date. We have been moving customers in groups and eventually all customers will be operating on the new website. Until you are notified, please continue to place your orders on trade.4over.com.
If you are not able to access the trade.4over.com website anymore, then your account has been migrated to our new website. Please visit 4over.com and reset your password to gain access.
