How do I reserve a spot on a Printed Here tour?
Click any Reserve Your Spot button on this page to check availability and submit your request. General Access tours fill quickly — we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and location.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance. Tours operate on a first-come, first-served basis and availability is intentionally limited to keep the experience personal and high-quality.
How often are tours offered?
Tours are offered regularly throughout the year at each of our three locations. Availability varies by location and season. Check the availability page for the most current schedule.
Can I attend a tour at more than one location?
Absolutely. Each facility has its own capabilities, equipment, and team. If you have the opportunity to visit more than one location, we'd encourage it.
What if the dates at my nearest location don't work for my schedule?
New dates are added throughout the year. Join the waitlist and we'll notify you when new availability opens at your preferred location.
How many people can attend a General Access tour?
General Access tours accommodate up to 2 attendees per company with a maximum of 20 attendees per session total. This cap is intentional — it keeps the experience focused and ensures everyone gets real time with our experts.
What if I need to bring more than 2 people from my company?
Groups of 3 or more from the same company are welcome through our Private Group Experience. Contact your 4over representative or submit a private tour request and we'll build something around your team.
Can I bring a client or prospect to a tour?
Printed Here is designed exclusively for 4over trade partners. If you'd like to discuss options for a client-facing experience, reach out to your 4over representative directly.
What will I actually see on the tour?
You'll walk the production floor and see our equipment and operations up close, explore our full product portfolio hands-on, spend time in The Studio with our curated product collection, and get early access to new products hitting the market.
Each tour also includes a dedicated open Q&A with our subject matter experts. Tours run approximately 90 minutes.
Will I get to ask questions during the tour?
Yes. Each tour includes a dedicated Q&A session with 4over subject matter experts. You'll also have opportunities to ask questions throughout the tour itself.
Will I get to take product samples home?
Yes. The Studio is stocked with a curated selection of 4over's most popular products and they're yours to take home. The inspiration from your visit shouldn't end when the tour does.
Will I get a sneak peek at upcoming products?
Yes — that's one of the most valuable parts of Printed Here. You'll hear directly from our team about what's coming to market before it's publicly announced.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required on the production floor. High heels and open-toed shoes are not permitted for safety reasons. Business casual attire is appropriate for the rest of the experience.
Is photography allowed during the tour?
Photography is not permitted. We appreciate your understanding — this policy allows us to protect proprietary processes and maintain the exclusive nature of the Printed Here experience.
Will I need to sign an NDA?
Yes. Because you'll be seeing processes, products, and information not yet available to the public, all attendees are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to the tour. You'll receive the NDA digitally when your reservation is confirmed.
Is there parking available at the facility?
Yes. Parking details specific to each location will be included in your confirmation email after you book.
How long is the tour?
Each tour runs approximately 90 minutes including time in The Studio and the open Q&A session.
What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled tour time to check in and complete any remaining paperwork.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
This allows us to open your spot to others on the waitlist and ensure every session runs at full capacity.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
To cancel or reschedule, contact us directly using the information in your confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled tour time may not be eligible for rescheduling.
What happens if I don't show up without canceling?
No-shows impact other trade partners who are waiting for access. Attendees who do not show up without advance notice may lose eligibility to register for future Printed Here tour dates. We appreciate your respect for the experience and for your fellow partners.
What if 4over needs to cancel or reschedule a tour?
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, all registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible and given priority access to the next available date.
